Agreement
The use of this website is subject to the conditions laid down below, be it for historical, scientific or educational purposes or the ordering of products. This means that when you visit or shop at aho great spirit you are agreeing to these conditions. Please make sure you read them carefully.
Law
We make no assumption or affirmation that the products, or the information referenced on this website, are available, appropriate, unrestricted or legal outside the United Kingdom. Anyone choosing to access this website is wholly responsible for making sure said products and information are unrestricted within their own country. Use of this website is at the customer's own risk.
Information
Information provided by aho great spirit, via this website, or by its employees by phone, fax, e-mail or other form of transmission, including any links to or from this site, is purely for historical, scientific and educational purposes and should never be interpreted as a recommendation for a specific use of our products. We can accept no responsibility or liability for the information provided. The use, application, marketing and reselling of our products is solely at the customer's decision and responsibility.
Age
To place an order the customer must be 18 years of age or older. Every order is therefore considered to be submitted in compliance to this condition.
Account
When creating a customer account, you must enter your complete and accurate full name. When placing an order you must enter the correct shipping address and phone number. Failure to do so may cause delay or return of your shipment. We are not responsible for delivery problems due to incorrect data.
Return / Cancellation Policy
According to the EU Consumer Rights Directive customers can return goods /ask for a refund without any cause within 14 days. This does not apply to the following exceptions: plant materials, food or perishable goods. When in transit for extended periods of time, herbs can dry out and lose their value. We do not restock returned products. Because of this, we cannot fully refund returned orders. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We do not refund shipping costs.
Return Policy
If for any reason you wish not to receive the package, simply refuse it when delivers it. Tell them to return it to the sender. If your package is already delivered, do NOT ship it back until we have provided instructions how to do so. We will refund the order value (minus shipping cost) once we receive the parcel back.
Being Returned
If for any reason your parcel is being returned to us, we will wait until we have received the parcel back, before we can offer any kind of compensation.
Refunding Returned Orders
When in transit for extended periods of time, dried plant products can dry out and lose their value. We do not restock returned products. Because of this, we cannot fully credit returned orders. Credits are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We do not credit shipping costs. A returned order will be credited to your customer account once we have received the parcel back with us.
Delivery Time
Delivery times are not guaranted, the delivery times can vary and we can not be held responsible for delay. Customs or plant inspection authorities may examine your package and delay the delivery, which is beyond our control.
Shipping Policy
As the products we sell are natural and plant based or contain Tobacco, some may be restricted in your country. It is your final responsibility to ensure that all items in your order are allowed in your country. We are not responsible for packages due to loss by the shipper or products returned, seized, or destroyed due to unforeseen customs regulations or whatever other reason that is beyond our control.
Please note:
- We can NOT ship to PO Boxes, Parcel Shops, Poste Restante, or Freight Forwarding services.
- We can ONLY ship to a real home or business address.
Customs Problems
If a parcel is stopped and confiscated by customs, we can't be held responsible or refund. It is the customers responsibility to make sure that ordered items are unrestricted and legal in their country, before placing the order.
Shipment Tracking
All packages are shipped from the uk. The package is trackable, requires signature, and will be returned to us if undeliverable. So your orders are shipped quickly, securely, and won't get lost or delivered to the wrong person. It can take up to 48 hours before tracking data becomes visible. When your package has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. It is your responsibility to follow our instructions therein regarding tracking and delivery.
Taxes
All our prices are exclusive of taxes. Customers from the EU will be charged local taxes during checkout.

Although we pride ourselves on sourcing the best quality products and guaranteed are genuinely identified, we cannot guarantee the fragrance of the product. Natural products vary, and we have no control over the conditions of use. We cannot replace products or be held responsible for their flavor.
