We have the intention to make and share powerful tools for healing and transformation. Q. What is a tincture?
A tincture is a concentrated herbal extract made with alcohol, which can be taken straight or diluted in tea or water. It is one of the most effective ways of extracting the active components from a herb. Herbal tinctures are concentrated extracts of plant material that are often used as herbal medicines to support various aspects of health and well-being
Q. What is the difference between Alcohol-based tinctures and Glycerine extracts?
Alcohol-based Tincture are often stronger in general – Our Extracts are made with organic vegetable glycerine – The glycerine is the preservative that keeps the properties of the plants intact. Glycerine Extracts are generally not as strong as Alcohol-based tinctures but are a great option for those looking to avoid alcohol. Glycerine is also sweet which can be beneficial for very bitter herbs Like Mexican dream herb for those who don’t like the taste.
Q. How do I take the Tinctures/ Extracts?
For best results, drops go under the tongue and are left for a short time to absorb. Administer away from other foods and drinks. Alternatively, drops can be added to a small amount of water and taken.
Q. What ratio are your tincture made at?
Most tinctures are a 3:1 ratio – Meaning 3 parts liquid to 1 part plant material.
Q. How many drops and how often do I take the tinctures?
The standard dose unless stated otherwise is 5 drops twice daily
Q. How do I store the tinctures?
Tinctures should be stored in a cool dry place.
Q. How long do they last?
Alcohol-based herbal tinctures should be used within two years. However, some alcohol tinctures and have a shelf life of 3-5 years, particularly those made with a high percentage of alcohol.
Glycerine Extracts have a shelf life of around one year.

Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship worldwide. However, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure that all items in your order are permitted in your country.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are automatically calculated during checkout and are based on the weight and volume of your order.
Are shipments trackable?
All packages are shipped trackable and will be returned to us if undeliverable so your orders are shipped quickly and securely. After we ship your order, we email you tracking details. It can take up to 48 hours before tracking data becomes visible.
What if the delivery is delayed?
Customs or plant inspection authorities may examine your package and delay the delivery. Your postman may attempt to deliver the package, but fail to leave a delivery note. Make sure to read our shipping email for tracking data and further instructions.
Do you refund returned orders?
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. For consumable products we do not offer refunds. We do not refund shipping costs.
Do you refund confiscated or lost orders?
We are not responsible for packages or products returned, seized or destroyed due to unforeseen customs regulations.
